hockay.....for the first time... i ll trying written my blog in English........hahaha...suke x? nowadays everybody knows a sports n healthy lifestyle is very important, but if u don't take the healthy is the part of the our life....i think u wrong........bcos everyone want to get the life with joyfull witout any sickness....hahahha.. ok.....ade yg faham??? n ade yg xfaham....Think of five important steps to maintaining a healthy lifestyle :-
1- weight control (klu kuat mkn cm aku ni...cmne?)
2 - good physical (aku bdn anak gajah)
3 - have a regular diet n dont take more sugar...(teh ais???? cmnE?)
4- EXERCISES (very2 important..jogging pun dah ok..klu x bdn tu akan malas jerr) tapi aku malas...cmne?
5.every 3-6months just go to the clinic tu checkup our maintanence body....
huhhhhhhhhhhhh gitieww... bole i try written in english???? hehehe..malu lah...
a person should some practice behaviors that could lead to positive life...healthy requires a balance between physical, emotional, intellectual, social, environmen, occupational, and spirituality...............hahhh.....gi mana??? ade baguss nggak???
ok..sampai tahap ni je aku le tulis english....punca :
1. malas nak terkial2 type..
2. malas nak pk nak tulis ape.... (apelah bile nak pandai nehh)
3. malas nak check balik betol x ayat2 tu.....
aduhhhhhhh......xpelah....gunakan lah bahasa kebangsaan kitaaaa...... ------------------------------ohwww burung..ku...pikirrkaannn untaaaa--------- kan sedap tu...hahahhaa........
ok....yg sbnrnya aku tulis entry kali ni...sbb aku xleh tido... kepenatan main bola tampar dgn dak2 bahagian malam td............ perghhhhh since sebelum puase dah stop kejap....tu yg ile main td .....homangggggaaiii.....sengal!! sakit!! tp bola tampar one of the my fevret sports....huhuhuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....................
